  80 There is SILC server up and running that can be tested. Just give command
  81 /server silc.pspt.fi to connect to the server. There may be some action
  82 on channel #silc (unless everybody is sleeping) so you might want to give
  83 command /join #silc.

  85 Available servers: silc.pspt.fi on port 706 is SILC Router and
  86 silc.pspt.fi on port 707 is normal SILC server connected to the router.
