   5 By default, this is aliased to /WI.

   7 /WHOIS nick1 nick1 also queries the idle time of
   8 the user. This is aliased to /WII by default.

  10 If given nick is not in the IRC, irssi automatically
  11 sends a WHOWAS query. Read carefully the reply to see
  12 if it is a WHOIS or WHOWAS reply. :)
