   4 Wait for <milliseconds> before sending the next command to server.

   6 This could be useful for example when identifying to NickServ; after
   7 sending the identify message you'd wait 3 seconds before joining to
   8 channels so NickServ has time to identify you to ChanServ which then
   9 auto-ops you when joining.
