   4 SERVLIST gives the list of services currently present on the
   5 IRC network.  It can take two arguments.
   6     <mask> limits the output to the services which names matches
   7            the mask.
   8     <type> limits the output to the services of the specified type.

  10 The fields returned are:
  11     Service name.
  12     Server who introduced the service.
  13     Distribution mask.
  14     Service type.
  15     Hop count to the service.
  16     A comment.
