3242 the wire and not when they put to the queue.

3245 designed to work that way. Instead, the packet is encrypted
3246 as soon as possible and left to the queue. The queue is then
3247 just purged into wire. There won't be any fixes for this

4357 was major move from silc/ directory. The code has been changed
4358 so that it is transparent towards the user interface. The
