3080 packet was second, even though they were encrypted in the
3081 reverse order. For this reason, MAC check failed. Now, this
3082 is fixed by not sending the Channel Key packet immediately but
3083 putting it to queue. However, this is more fundamental problem:
3084 packets that are in queue should actually not be encrypted
3085 because packets that are sent immediately gets encrypted
3086 actually with wrong IV (and thus MAC check fails). So, packets
3087 that are in queue should be encrypted when they are sent to
3088 the wire and not when they put to the queue.
3090 However, the problem is that the current system has not been
3091 designed to work that way. Instead, the packet is encrypted
3092 as soon as possible and left to the queue. The queue is then
3093 just purged into wire. There won't be any fixes for this
3094 any time soon. So, the current semantic for packet sending
3097 o If you send packet to remote host and do not force the send
3098 (the packet will be in queue) then all subsequent packets to the
3099 same remote host must also be put to the queue. Only after the
3100 queue has been purged is it safe again to force the packet
3103 o If you send all packets immediately then it safe to send
3104 any of subsequent packets through the queue, however, after
3105 the first packet is put to queue then any subsequent packets
3106 must also be put to the queue.
