2710 packets that are in queue should actually not be encrypted
2711 because packets that are sent immediately gets encrypted
2712 actually with wrong IV (and thus MAC check fails). So, packets
2713 that are in queue should be encrypted when they are sent to
2714 the wire and not when they put to the queue.
2716 However, the problem is that the current system has not been
2717 designed to work that way. Instead, the packet is encrypted
2718 as soon as possible and left to the queue. The queue is then
2719 just purged into wire. There won't be any fixes for this
2720 any time soon. So, the current semantic for packet sending
2723 o If you send packet to remote host and do not force the send
2724 (the packet will be in queue) then all subsequent packets to the
2725 same remote host must also be put to the queue. Only after the
2726 queue has been purged is it safe again to force the packet

3828 implementation of the SILC client without user interface. This
3829 was major move from silc/ directory. The code has been changed
3830 so that it is transparent towards the user interface. The
