3343 putting it to queue. However, this is more fundamental problem:
3344 packets that are in queue should actually not be encrypted
3345 because packets that are sent immediately gets encrypted
3346 actually with wrong IV (and thus MAC check fails). So, packets
3347 that are in queue should be encrypted when they are sent to
3348 the wire and not when they put to the queue.
3350 However, the problem is that the current system has not been
3351 designed to work that way. Instead, the packet is encrypted
3352 as soon as possible and left to the queue. The queue is then
3353 just purged into wire. There won't be any fixes for this
3354 any time soon. So, the current semantic for packet sending
3357 o If you send packet to remote host and do not force the send
3358 (the packet will be in queue) then all subsequent packets to the
3359 same remote host must also be put to the queue. Only after the
3360 queue has been purged is it safe again to force the packet
3363 o If you send all packets immediately then it safe to send
3364 any of subsequent packets through the queue, however, after
3365 the first packet is put to queue then any subsequent packets
