2053 designed to work that way. Instead, the packet is encrypted
2054 as soon as possible and left to the queue. The queue is then
2055 just purged into wire. There won't be any fixes for this

2866 SilcList API. The SilcList is meant for lists that has a structure
2867 already defined as a list. It is not suitable to add just some
