   1 Compiling SILC Runtime Toolkit for Win32

   4 - The MSVC++ 6.0 or newer is required to compile the SILC Runtime Toolkit.

   6 - Load the srt.dsw workspace file and build all versions of the Toolkit.

   8 - The include/ directory includes all include files from the SILC Runtime
   9   Toolkit.  Use that directory as your include source for when programming
  10   new application.
