  26 There is SILC server up and running that can be tested. Just give command
  27 <font color="#2f486f">/server silc.pspt.fi</font> to connect to the server. There may be some action
  28 on channel #silc (unless everybody is sleeping) so you might want to give
  29 command <font color="#2f486f">/join #silc</font>.

  31 Available servers: silc.pspt.fi on port 706 is SILC Router and
  32 silc.pspt.fi on port 707 is normal SILC server connected to the router.
