-This command is used to manage user's own modes in the network. Note that
-some of the modes the user cannot set itself, however any mode can be
-unset by the user. The mode is added by adding + before the option(s) and
-removed by adding - before the option(s). The following user modes are
-available:

- a Unset all modes
- s Unset server operator privileges
- r Unset router operator privileges
- g Set/unset to be gone (or use /AWAY command)
- i Set/unset to be indisposed
- b Set/unset to be busy
- p Set/unset to await paging
- h Set/unset to be hyper active
- t Set/unset to be actually robot
- P Set/unset to block incoming private messages.
- If set then only private message secured with
- private message keys are delivered. Other
- private messages server automatically discards.
- This can be used to block unwanted private
- messages.
- w Set/unset to reject anyone from watching you
- I Set/unset invite blocking. When set server
- does not send invite notifications to you
