Fixed various typo errors in Autodist manual and info file.

Made Autodist work without the autodist.conf file.

In addition of not needing autodist.conf ther DISTDEFS variable
in the configuration file is now optional.  If it doesn't exist
the distdefs file is not created.

Also the 'default' distribution doesn't have to define and distdefs
anymore to still be valid distribution.

Created Autodist git repository.

The new repository contains only the Autodist and its history
contains only the history of the Autodist even though it was
extracted from the large SILC CVS tree which contains a lot of
other stuff.  Each point in history should still be completely
valid and working Autodist version.

The history also contains all Autodist release tags, from the CVS
tree.

Removed the previous backslash removin code.

Fixed *.ad (not configure.ad or Makefile.ad but other files)
to correctly remove trailing slashes and copy the processed file.

Removed the fortran files from processing of as source files.
